In 2011 Pallante Design LLC celebrated 10 years of designing projects
throughout New York State, New York City, and New Jersey. The firm focuses
on architectural and interior design services of various healthcare
institutions and commercial projects. We are proud to say that most

Joseph Pallante has over 15 years experience performing design services
for Healthcare and Commercial Facilities, Residential Properties, and
Corporate Interiors. He received his Bachelor of Architecture with honors
from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. He holds a certificate from the
National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, is a member of
the American Institute of Architects and is a LEED A.P. Building Design
+ Construction. Joseph is licensed in New York and New Jersey.
Previously he was a partner of Shaynak & Thalmayr Architects, New
York City, where he managed various Healthcare projects before starting
his own firm in 2001. As principal of Pallante Design LLC, Joseph is
involved in all aspects of architecture and interior design, from conceptual
drawing to construction administration, as well as managing the client
Termini - Project Manager
Dominick Termini joined Pallante Design in 2005, after interning for
the firm since its inception. He received his Bachelor of Architecture
with honors from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. He studied architecture
in Rome while living in Italy for a semester and also received union
carpenter training from the New Jersey Contractor Carpenter Trust. He
is an associate member of the American Institute of Architects, working
towards his New Jersey State licensure.
As Project Manager, Dominick’s responsibility is to oversee projects
assuring they are executed according to the high standards set by the
firm. He is responsible for developing a project from schematic design
into the contract document phase and through construction administration.
