ANIMAL SPECIALTY BUILDING

New Veterinary Hospital

Yonkers, New York

Creating the necessary contract documents was only a portion of our role in this veterinary hospital.  Working closely with the construction managers to execute building cost analysis and value engineering did not hinder the impact of the rich collection of  finishes. The acrylic and steel entrance/exit canopies shelter clients while allowing natural light to flood the space below.  Along the perimeter of the building, the use of different concrete block finishes create accent bands to further enhances the facade.Once inside, a dynamic and professional first impression distinguishes ASC from comparable facilities.  The repeated use of maple Wood veneer, originating at the reception desk continuing behind it to the ceiling above, pronounce the arrival point.
