Welbe Health, based on the West Coast, has expanded their business model to the East Coast. Pallante Design with our consultants designed the interior fit out project in the exist “Core and Shell” to accommodate their PACE center and integral licensed Health Care clinic. Upon arriving at the site, the patients enter through the PACE center reception area and are brought to their day program. The PACE center offers patients a communal program where adults can interact
with others socially. The center includes a warming pantry, dining room, lounge areas, physical therapy gym, salon and a licensed clinic to administer health care as needed. The client had interior standards established prior to this project, those standards were modified to fit into an urban core and shell fit out not typical to Welbes sites.
