Chemed in partnership with Robert Wood Johnson Barnabas Health acquired a site for their new FQHC to serve the Southern area of their community. Pallante Design with our consultants designed the project in its entirety from the “Core and Shell” to the interior fit outs. Upon arriving at the site, the patients are invited into the building by a double height storefront and a cantilevered canopy that pronounces the entry. Once inside the large glazing allows natural light to flood the lobby creating a connection with the exterior. The modern design of the interior accommodates a large waiting/reception area and a double height exposed ceiling. The introduction of lights with sound baffles reduces the noise level caused by the large volume. There are multiple departments including General Practice, Dental, OBGYN, & Pediatrics.
