Pallante Design was commissioned to renovate both the interior of the building as well as updating the exterior façade aesthetic of this existing four story masonry skilled nursing facility.  While the three upper patient floors will receive an interior finish upgrade, the first floor was reorganized. A modernized main lobby and administration area now greats visitors, the Physical Therapy space was enlarged to give patients more room, the existing recreational / dining spaces resituated, and a new 12 Bay Renal Dialysis Center will be constructed. The use of calming earth tones is a common trait throughout the floors. The exterior of the building will receive a new decorative EIFS system applied over the existing masonry to provide improved insulation working in conjunction with the building’s updated mechanical systems.
