DEMPSEY HOUSE RENOVATION
HUDSON VALLEY HOSPITAL CENTER
CORTLANDT MANOR, NEW YORK
The Dempsey house, owned by Hudson Valley Hospital Center, was originally constructed in the nineteenth century as a private residence. The buildingís exterior was restored to it's original character.
The interior was renovated to better suite the offices of the fund-raising department which occupies the space, while keeping in mind, it's historic character. The project scope included additional office space, a new kitchen, a new Conference Room, new interior finishes and lighting throughout, and all new historically appropriate windows with matching exterior trim.
